Molly Wins the Ice Games

Head elf Steve builds an icy obstacle course at the great pond. There are speed races, twisting contests, one-skate hopping, and snowball stacking. Mrs. Claus has a secret snowball arm. But the big winner? Molly, the littlest elf at the North Pole. Big things really do come in small packages!

Christmastime is coming soon and we here at the North Pole couldn’t be happier! Soon we’ll load up the sleigh and head out to visit you in CITY. STATE is a wonderful place to visit on our Christmas Eve trip!

Yesterday the elves and I gathered at the great pond where we usually go ice skating. My head elf Steve had set up an icy obstacle course for us and there were speed races, twisting contests, one-skate hopping and snowball stacking events. It turns out Mrs. Claus can really throw a snowball! We all had fun, even the reindeer, but the one who won the most events was none other than Molly, the littlest elf. I guess big things really do come in small packages!

I’m coming to see you soon, NAME, so please stay kind and true so I can stop by to see you Christmas Eve. Have a wonderful winter and a merry Christmas!

Love,
Santa Claus

P.S., Since I’m so busy this year, would you mind telling FRIEND I’ll be bringing them presents too?

Jetpack Test Flight!

The elves take a red backpack, add an engine, and voila. Jetpacks! Everyone takes a turn zooming through the sky, and Mrs. Claus flies highest of all. Will kids get jetpacks under the tree? Not this year. But Santa says maybe someday!

Dear NAME,
This year has passed so quickly and Christmas is nearly here! The reindeer and I can’t wait to fly to STATE – you’re at the top of my Good List again and we’ll be heading to see you in CITY soon!
This year the elves got a little creative with their invention for Christmas. They took a bright red backpack, reinforced the straps, added a compact engine and exhaust system, and voila! Jetpacks! When they called me in to see what they had created, they were so proud of their work! We all had fun taking the jetpacks for a spin outside, and we even had a contest to see who could fly the highest! Even though Mrs. Claus won the competition, she decided that the world probably wasn’t quite ready to see kids zooming around the sky. Maybe in a few years we will get to deliver them to good girls and boys!
You’ve been so good this year, NAME, please keep up the good work so I can stop by Christmas Eve. I’ll be quiet when I deliver the presents – I don’t want to wake you up!
Love,
Santa Claus
P.S., Since I don’t have time to write to all the boys and girls, please tell FRIEND I’ll be stopping there with presents, too!

Santa's Super Sled

Santa's Super Sled Santa's old sled gets a top-secret makeover. Now it has a GPS, heated seats, and a radio that plays Christmas music all year long. Santa thinks it's too fancy. Then he rides it down Holiday Hill. Spoiler: he loves it.

Dear NAME,
I’m so happy to report it’s Christmas time again! This is my very favorite time of year and I’m glad it’s finally here!

Things are getting busy here at the North Pole and we are really looking forward to our trip to STATE to see you. CITY is a great place to visit and is one of our favorite stops on Christmas Eve.

A few years ago, Mrs. Claus bought me a new sled with bright, shiny paint and a turbo button. These days the old sled is looking a little shabby, so the elves took it in for a makeover.

Once again they unveiled the new sled at the top of Holiday Hill. Since I know more about how it works I was sure it would be an easy ride. Boy was I wrong!

The sled had a fancy GPS system, satellite radio that plays Christmas music all year long and heated seats! I thought it seemed like an awfully fancy bunch of gadgets for a sled, but when I started down the hill with a toasty seat and holiday music twinkling through the speakers, I loved sledding even more!

And when I took a wrong turn at the bottom of the hill, finding my way back to the workshop was a snap. What a great sled!

We’ll be coming to see you soon, NAME, so please keep being good so we can stop by with presents for you. Have a wonderful winter and a merry Christmas!
Love,
Santa Claus

P.S., I am extra busy this year so please tell FRIEND I’ll bring presents there, too!

Ping-Pong Champ of the North Pole

Santa surprises the elves with their very own ping-pong table. Soon the whole workshop is hooked, and the Great Ping Pong Tournament of 2026 begins! After two days of epic matches, one champion rises: Bob, the elf who makes tennis racquets. Of course.

Dear NAME,
I’m so excited that Christmas time is finally here! It seems like I’ve been waiting forever, but my favorite time of year is upon us! The reindeer and I are getting things ready for our trip to STATE and we can’t wait to fly into CITY to bring you a surprise!
The elves work so hard all winter getting toys and games ready for Christmas that I decided to surprise them with their very own ping-pong table! Mrs. Claus and I picked one out that was a bit lower to the ground and set it up in the Great Hall. The elves loved it so much they started playing ping-pong during breaks and evening fun times. Sometimes Mrs. Claus and I play, too, but the elves really got into it and before long there was the Great Ping Pong Tournament of 2026. After two days of intense games that lasted into the night, a champion was crowned: Bob, elf in charge of making tennis racquets. I guess that makes good sense! It was so fun!
It’s almost time to pack up the sleigh, NAME, so do your best to be kind and true so I can come by and see you Christmas Eve. I’ll be sure to be quiet so I don’t wake you up! Merry Christmas!
Love,
Santa Claus
P.S., I’m very busy this year, so please tell FRIEND I’ll be stopping by, too!

Santa's Giant Ferris Wheel

Santa builds his own Ferris wheel near Mount Christmas, with twinkling lights on every spoke. From the very top, the snow below sparkles like glass. Mrs. Claus gets butterflies up there, but the view wins her over every single time.

Dear NAME,
I’m happy to report you’re at the top of my Good List this year…again! It’s getting close to Christmas and we’re making plans to visit you in CITY. We love going to STATE so we’re very excited about our trip on Christmas Eve.
Earlier this year I had my very own Farris wheel built near Mount Christmas and boy have we had fun riding that thing every day! During the winter it’s dark very early here at the North Pole, so we had beautiful lights strung on every spoke. When we reach the top of the wheel the lights shine on the snow so beautifully it looks like glistening glass on the ground. I know it will be fun even in the summer when the days are just a little longer and we can see far and wide with every turn. Mrs. Claus still gets a little nervous when we round the very top, but the view is so magical she sighs happily every time. Do you like riding Farris wheels, too?
Keep being good, NAME, and you’ll find wonderful presents from me when you wake up Christmas morning. I know you can do it and I’m really looking forward to checking in on you this year. Merry Christmas!
Love,
Santa Claus
P.S., Since I’m so busy this year, please tell FRIEND I’ll be stopping by with presents, too!

Hula Dancing Reindeer

Santa learned to hula on vacation, and now the whole North Pole is doing it! Grass skirts for the elves, leis for the reindeer, and Mrs. Claus on ukulele. It's the silliest, snowiest luau ever, and yes, they got it on video.

Dear NAME,
Hooray! It’s Christmas time again! One of the best things about this time of year is flying to see you in CITY. You’re on the top of my Good List this year, so I’m really excited to be coming to STATE to bring you a surprise!
It’s even colder and snowier up here at the North Pole this year and the elves and I are spending a lot of time playing in the snow. When Mrs. Claus and I took our beach vacation after Christmas last year we really loved learning to hula. So this year I had the great idea to teach the whole crew how to do this fun Hawaiian dance! We gave all the elves grass skirts and leis, and even the reindeer dressed up. We gathered in the Great Hall, Mrs. Claus fired up her ukulele and the whole lot of us did the hula! It was so much fun and now, when we’re feeling a little tired of all the snow up here at the North Pole, we watch the video of our grand performance. I wish you could see how awesome it was!
I’m getting everything ready for my trip on Christmas Eve, NAME, and it won’t be long ‘til I’m heading your way. Be sure to be good and kind to your family and I will bring you something special. Merry Christmas!
Love,
Santa Claus

Baby's First Christmas

A great letter for the baby book, celebrating the baby's first Christmas.

Dear NAME,

I know you can’t read this yet, but I wanted to send a note letting you know how excited I am to share your first Christmas with you! One day when you’re bigger, you’ll know just how special and wonderful this time of year is, and all about the magic I bring to good boys and girls.

Since this is your very first Christmas, you get a special spot on my Good List! When you’re older you’ll have to be sure to listen to your family, be kind to others, and do your best to be a good person, but for now, being a sweet, cuddly baby is just fine! The joy you bring to your family is one of the greatest gifts of all, even better than the toys I bring!

I can’t wait to peek in on you this Christmas. I’ll do my best not to wake you up, since a baby sleeping all night is quite a blessing, too! Merry Christmas, NAME, and welcome to the world!

Love,
Santa Claus
